We’re looking for early feedback to help update our Code of Practice, mostly focusing on roading and transportation parts of the Code.
Your feedback can help identify:
- unclear or inconsistent requirements
- recurring issues
- areas that need to be clearer or have more consistent guidance
We’re also interested in any unresolved changes from previous updates or refinements you would like made to recently introduced provisions.
Before sharing feedback, we'd recommend having the Land Development and Subdivision Code of Practice 2025 open in another browser tab or in front of you.
Please note: This online form can only be used to share feedback on one Code section at a time. If you wish to share feedback on multiple parts of the code, please download the Excel form instead, or you will need to submit the online form multiple times.
