Decision on Structure Plan coming this Thursday

Queenstown Lakes District Council will be considering a final version of the Structure Plan for Te Tapuae Southern Corridor for adoption this Thursday (4 September 2025).

If the plan’s adopted, the next step would involve initiating a change to the District Plan to facilitate implementation. Following this, infrastructure upgrades and development would commence without delay.
