Consultation has concluded
We're recommending new permanent speed limits reductions in the Arrowtown Town Centre and parts of Wānaka.
This follows the adoption of the Speed Limits Bylaw 2019, that allows Council to make permanent changes to speed limits following community consultation.
The proposed changes were suggested by the community as part of Council’s consultation on the bylaw and some permanent speed limit reductions across council’s road network in 2019.
The areas being consulted on are:
