Your feedback on the Fernhill playground will help our talented landscape architects create designs for the area. Once we’ve finished the concepts, we’ll present them to the Fernhill/Sunshine Bay community to make sure we’re on the right track. They'll also be available on our Council projects webpage at www.qldc.govt.nz/council-projects

Help shape the future of Fernhill Playground!

We're working on a plan to renew the Fernhill Playground to create a fun, safe, and accessible play space for all.

Before design work commenced, we went out to the local community and users of the park to hear their thoughts.

Their feedback will help guide the design by sharing the types of play experiences, equipment, and features that matter most to local families, residents and visitors.

We'll be working to a budget so the play elements included in the final design will be determined based on feedback and what works best within the reserve space.
